Getting Here
Most of our international participants fly into Bordeaux-Mérignac (BOD)orLa Rochelle (LRH). Here is the easiest way to reach us from either location:
Option 1: Our Pick-up Service
We offer a direct pick-up service from Bordeaux Airport for a fee of 75€. This is the most stress-free way to start your retreat. Please contact us in advance to coordinate your arrival time and reserve your seat.
Option 2: Travel by Train (Via Bordeaux)
If you prefer to travel independently, the journey is very straightforward:

From Bordeaux Airport:Take the "30 Direct" bus located just outside the terminal. It runs every 15 minutes and costs approximately 12€.

This bus will take you directly to Bordeaux Gare St Jean.

From Bordeaux Gare St Jean:Take the train heading in the direction of La Rochelle and get off at our local station,Montendre. Cost of the train is approximately 13 euros and takes 40 minutes. We will pick you up from Montendre free of charge.
Option 3: Travel via La Rochelle
If you fly into La Rochelle Airport, especially if travelling with Ryan Air, you can take the train in the reverse direction:

Take the train from La Rochelle heading toward Bordeaux and disembark at Montendre.
