2-part online workshop - nutrition talk and yoga practice.


The nutrition talk will outline 6 practical steps to improving your mood through food. Investigating how to naturally increase the levels of serotonin, the happy hormone, in your body, and how to feed your gut so that it can produce these happy hormones and relay them to your brain. 


Included is a beautifully designed 30-page E-book full of delicious menu plans and recipes.


The yoga class will be a 60-minute Yin Yoga practice, suitable for all levels of ability, including beginners. You will be guided into poses which stretch your body gently and work more deeply into the connective tissue to release tensions from the muscles.
