YOGA NIDRA FOR MENTAL HEALTH
What is yoga nidra?
A state of being or awareness - said to be a method that can lead us to our true nature.
Part 1 - The Theory.
In the first part of this workshop we will look at the theory of how yoga nidra can be used as a methodology to traverse the four states of consciousness - the physical body, the subtle body and the causal body leading us to a state of pure consciousness, where awareness is liberated. We will discuss how the regular practice of yoga nidra can help uncover our own true nature and bring us to a state of bliss or Samadhi.
Part 2 - The Practice
We will look at the 8 stages of a yoga nidra practice and you will then be guided through a blissful yoga nidra practice. The recording will also be available for you to download after the workshop so that you can listen and be guided in this beautiful practice whenever you desire.
