In part one of this workshop we will look at how the food we eat directly impacts on our mood. The nutrition talk will outline 6 practical steps you can adopt immediately to start improving your mood with food. Each participant will also receive a FREE beautifully designed 30-page E-book full of healthy, tasty menu plans and recipes.

In part 2 of the workshop you will be guided through a relaxing 60 minute Yin Yoga practice. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of ability including beginners. The poses are held for a longer period of time, stretching deeper into the fascia, allowing us to release tensions and tune-up the parasympathetic nervous system.
