This is a beginner's level mat 1&2 Pilates class.
Learn the Pilate's breathing technique, correct alignment of pelvis and spine and move with more stability through the Pilate's exercises. This class is good for strengthening the core and helping with back pain.

"I've been doing yoga with Linda for some years, two or three times a week and her classes are just wonderful. The studio at Shoreline is large, bright and warm and there is free parking. Her classes are perfect for all ages and ability, not over-active yet challenging. She takes a personal interest in each person and guides them through her Vinyasa flow. I sign up on a monthly basis, but one can do drop-in classes also. I would really recommend her classes to anyone!"
