Hello, I'm Linda, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor & Pilates instructor. I set up Primal Health to help guide my clients back to the fullness of their health. As a Nutritional Therapist, I can help you with a range of issues including digestive health, diabetes, cardiovascular health balance and stress management.
I also have a particuIar interest in working with women over the age of 40 to help alleviate the disruptive symptoms of hormonal imbalance: weight gain around the middle, fatigue, brain fog, difficulty sleeping, etc.
YOGA & PILATES
My yoga & Pilates classes offer a balance between strong flow, gentle flow, stretching, breath work and meditation. There is something for everyone, no matter what your level of fittness is.
