Stress Reduction with Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation or conscious relaxation that induces a state of deep relaxation while maintaining full awareness. Also known as "yogic sleep," it involves a systematic process of progressively relaxing different parts of the body and cultivating a heightened state of awareness, promoting physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Practices over time it is also extremely beneficial for promoting sleep.

My Programme

This programme offers you 8 sessions of Yoga Nidra at a rate of two per week over one month. One of the weekly sessions will be live with me so that we have the time chat afterwards about anything that may have come up for you. The other weekly session will be recorded and sent to you to practice in your own time.

Each session lasts approximately 40 minutes and is conducted via zoom so that you will be in the comfort of your own home and can relax for the rest of your evening and enjoy an early night.

I recommend not watching tv or doing anything too energetic or mentally engaging after a session in order to fully benefit from the practice.
