Hello, I'm Linda, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. I set up Primal Health to help guide my clients back to the fullness of their health. As a Nutritional Therapist, I help my clients with a range of issues including digestive health, diabetes, cardiovascular health balance and stress management.
I also have a particuIar interest in working with women over the age of 40 to help alleviate the disruptive symptoms of hormonal imbalance: weight gain around the middle, fatigue, brain fog, difficulty sleeping, etc.
My yoga classes offer a balance between strong flow, gentle flow, stretching, breath work and meditation. With four weekly to choose from there is something for everyone.
All yoga classes are now running in studio but will also continue online too. You can opt to go hybrid and do a mix of both in-studio and online. For those on a monthly class pass the recording is available for up to one week should you miss a class.
