1 tin of black beans (rinsed)
2 Medium-sized eggs
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ tsp natural vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
Optional : Some dried fruit and pecans and poppy seeds to sprinkle on top.
Simply blitz everything, pour into a baking tray, sprinkle with the pecans and
Poppy seeds if using and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
