This programme is for you if you if you already have a good understanding of nutrition but are looking for some extra support. You can expect to lose weight, improve digestion and energy and sleep better. 

What's Included:

  • A 75 minute initial consultation to include a full dietary analysis and body composition analysis measuring body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, hydration and metabolic age.

  • 1 follow up consultation of 45 minutes each.

  • With this introductory plan I will take an in-depth look at your current eating habits and health issues, if any. Prior to the first consultation, I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and keep a food diary for 3-4 days.

  • At the initial consultation, which will last approximately 75 minutes and following a review of your completed health questionnaire and food diary, I will set you a 4-week eating to plan to follow. This plan will include daily menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, with all recipes to help take the guess work out for you.

  • You will be invited back 4 weeks later for a second consultation, which will last approximately 45 - 60 minutes. During this consultation we will review your progress and make any adjustments as required.
