Beginner's Yoga & Pilate's Retreat
4th-9th April

Join us for a rejuvenating retreat designed especially for beginners. Through gentle yoga and Pilates practices, nourishing vegetarian meals, and wellness workshops, you’ll discover how simple, mindful choices can transform your energy, balance, and overall wellbeing.

No experience is needed—just curiosity and an open heart.

Programme

Day 1 – Arrival & Settle

  • 4:00 pm – Arrival & Check-in with Welcome Drink

  • 7:00 pm – Nourishing Vegetarian Dinner

  • 9:00 pm – A Guided Meditation Session For Sleep – Yoga Nidra

Day 2 – Grounding

  • 8:30 am – Beginner-Friendly Yoga Session: Breath & Foundations

  • 10:00 am – Buffet Breakfast

  • 10:00 am –Guided Nature Walk in Our Local Area

  • 13:00 pm – Lunch

  • 2:00 pm – Free Time / Reiki & Reflexology Sessions Available

  • 6:00 pm – A Yin Yoga Class for Beginners – Focus on Nervous System Balance

  • 7:00 pm – Shared Evening Meal

Day 3 – Nourishment

  • 8.30 am – Pilates Class for Beginners – Foundations & Principles

  • 10:00 am – Buffet Breakfast

  • 11:00 am – Free Time / Reiki & Reflexology

  • 13:00 pm – Shared Vegetarian Lunch

  • 2:30 pm – Wellness Kitchen Workshop: Eating for Optimum Health

  • 4:00 pm – Free Time (optional treatments or rest)

  • 7:00 pm – Dinner

  • 8:30 pm – Restorative Yoga Practice to Aid Sleep & Relaxation

Day 4 – Restore & Rebalance

  • 8:30 am – Yoga Class building on the Foundations & Adding Balance

  • 10:00 am – Breakfast

  • 11:00 am – Free Time / Optional Treatments

  • 13:00 pm – Lunch

  • 2:00 pm – Optional Guided Nature Walk

  • 4:00 pm – Free Time (Reiki, Reflexology, or quiet rest)

  • 6:00 pm – Yin Yoga Class – Balancing Heart Chi

  • 7:30 pm – Shared Evening Meal

Day 5 – Integration

  • 8:30 am – Yoga Class – Bringing all the Practices Together.

  • 10:30 am – Breakfast

  • 10:00 am – Free Time / Reiki & Reflexology or Guided Walk

  • 13:00 pm – Lunch

  • 2:00 pm – Free Afternoon (journaling, rest, treatments, or optional self-practice)

  • 4:00 pm – Extra optional Pilate’s Class – Bringing all the Practices Together

  • 7:00 pm – Shared Farewell Dinner

Day 6 – Departure

  • 8:30 am – A Mindful Movement Class Bringing Together the Practices of Yoga & Pilates with an Extended Relaxation Session.

  • 10:30 am – Breakfast Breakfast/Brunch

  • 12:00 pm – Farewells & Departure
