Programme

Day 1 (arrivals day) from 16:00


Welcome drink and installation to your room and cottage with visit of the property and services available.


18:00: A Yin Yoga Class focusing on relaxation


19:30: Shared evening meal at the main house

Day 2


08:00 - 09:30: A gentle yoga flow class focusing and breath and movement.


                        10:00: Buffet breakfast


11:00-13:00: Free time to relax in the gardens or by the pool or participate in the

                        guided nature walk around the area.


13:00:   Lunch


14:30 - 15:00: Nutrition presentation/workshop: Balancing blood sugars for better

                            energy levels, avoiding diabetes, improving cognitive function.


1500-19:00: Free Time


19:00: Shared evening meal at the main house.


21:00: Guided meditation practice for sleep (based on the principles of Yoga Nidra)


Day 3


08:00-09:00: Pilates Class for strengthening the core.


09:30: Buffet breakfast


11:30 -13:00: Nutrition/workshop presentation on improving digestive health and

                            looking at the role of the gut and its effect on mood.


13:00: Lunch


14:00 - 18:00: free time


18:00 - 19:00: -A yin yoga class focusing on improving energy flow through the spleen

                             and stomach.


19:30: Shared evening meal.


Day 4


08:00 - 09:30: Gentle Yoga Flow class focusing on balance.


10:00:  Buffet breakfast

11:30-13:00: Nutrition presentation/workshop on how to improve your immunity

                        naturally through food and safe supplements.


13:00: Lunch


14:00 - 19:00: Free time


19:00: Shared evening meal


21:00: Guided Meditation practice for enhancing JOY (based on the principle of

               Yoga Nidra)
 

Day 5


08:00 - 09:00: Pilates class focusing on developing core stability and upper body

                          strength.


10:00: Buffet breakfast


11:00:  Cultural visit with lunch out at a restaurant. (Free for all retreat participants)


18:00: Yin Yoga class focusing on improving energy flow through the lungs & large intestine.


19:00: Shared evening meal.

 

Day 6 (departures day)


08.00 -09:30:  Yoga flow class bringing all the practices of the week together.


10:30: Brunch.


-12:00: Departures
