MACADEMIA & BLUEBERRY PROTEIN BARS


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup coconut butter (melted)

  • 1⁄2 cup raw honey (LOCAL IF POSSIBLE)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1⁄2 cup dried blueberries

  • 1⁄2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped or others of choice

  • 4 scoops of homemade protein powder. See recipe here

  • Add water for consistency as needed

DIRECTIONS:

1. Whisk together butter, honey, vanilla and sea salt.

2. Add protein powder and combine.

3. Add remaining ingredients and combine.

4. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

5. Refrigerate 1–2 hours and cut into bar shapes.
